No Refund Policy

EL Sobar – No Refund, No Exchange, No Return Policy

At EL Sobar, we take great pride in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following policy:

1. No Refunds

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes situations where a customer changes their mind, provides an incorrect delivery address, or is unavailable to receive the order.

2. No Returns

As our products are consumable and perishable, we do not accept returns of any food items due to health and safety reasons.

3. No Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for any of our food products. Each item is prepared specifically for your order, ensuring freshness and quality.

4. Wrong or Damaged Item Policy

In the rare case you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/video as proof.
Our team will review the issue and may offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or store credit (subject to approval).

5. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as preparation begins immediately.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery details and ensuring availability to receive the order at the scheduled time. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or unavailability will not be eligible for any refund, return, or exchange.
